We prefer to meet via video conference using Zoom. If for some reason that isn’t possible, then we’ll have a phone conference.

No advance preparation is required. We will begin by asking several questions to gain an understanding of you, your family, and your business. Then, we will inquire about the top three issues that are most concerning to you regarding your business and/or personal life.

No. But you should include those who are vital to making the decision to invest in us.

We still have our Discovery and Alignment sessions. We will coach you on how to get them to the table to at least listen, and have an objective discussion, on whether they believe our services will be a fit.

If we agree to proceed after Discovery, we'll discuss attendees and preparation details at the end of that session, since this meeting will be longer and more detailed.

For clients who are suited to a monthly retainer arrangement, we will review the coaching agreement at the conclusion of this session and assess whether coaching is appropriate. In cases involving more complex needs—such as clients experiencing crises or situations that require coordination with multiple individuals or groups—we typically develop a 30-to-60-day lump sum contract following this initial session, in collaboration with our team. A subsequent call will then be scheduled to review and make any necessary adjustments.
