Use the calendar below to choose a one-hour time slot on Tuesday or Thursday. Available times are 11:00 a.m.–12:00 noon, 12:00 noon–1:00 p.m., and 1:00–2:00 p.m. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link, plus a reminder email the day before.

What to expect

We begin as coaches, offering advice when it’s helpful. Most sessions include two AccuVision Business Coaching team members. Whatever business or personal challenge you bring, we’ll first work to understand it fully, then help you develop practical solutions. You’ll leave with an action plan, and if you return for a second session, we’ll review your progress and help you move forward with renewed direction and purpose.

Common questions

  • Yes! We take client confidentiality seriously and our reputation depends on it. If you would like an NDA, we can provide one before your first session.

  • Yes. The call can be shorter if your schedule is limited or our coaches resolve your concerns sooner. Extending beyond 60 minutes depends on whether time allows or not.

  • Bring one or more business or personal issues you would like to discuss. You can list them in the Calendly invitation or reply to our follow-up email, which will include the Zoom link and an opportunity to share additional questions. Providing this information in advance helps us prepare.

  • Yes. Invite anyone who can help clarify the key issues and contribute to a productive, solution-focused discussion. When scheduling the session in Calendly, enter each guest’s email address in the “Guests” field. Each guest will receive an invitation with the Zoom link so they can join remotely.

  • No. You may find what you need in the first session. You can also save the second session for future issues that may come up.

  • If you feel you need additional professional resources to solve your issues, we’ll do our best to refer you. If our AccuVision team can help, at your request we can discuss a specific service that suits your current business and personal situation.
