Your holistic team coaching journey
Phase One:
Crisis Management
Phase Two:
Growth Support
Phase Three:
Transition Planning
Phase One:
Crisis Management
Your business and your people are bleeding, so we need to move quickly, efficiently, and wisely. The most critical business and personal issues need to be identified and immediately addressed. Bottom line, our team goes into triage mode.
A successful end to this stage is stability and greater peace within both business and family, the necessary components for business growth to be possible.
Your Crisis Management Team
Recognizing this crisis phase as triage, Rebecca, our Wellness Integration Coach, will guide us and may bring in specialized support. Our business coaches will be more hands-on during this phase, performing bodies of work as our clients are working out of crisis mode and addressing urgent business issues swiftly to stabilize operations. Your family and business are in emergency mode…so are we.
Your Team:
Team Lead: Rebecca
Advisor (Business): Hilary
Advisor (Business): Doug
Tools: Business Assessment / Financial Assessment / Behavioral Assessments
Professional Resource Partners: Psychologist, Trauma Therapists, Addiction Recovery Specialists, Mediators, MDs, Grief Counselors, Spiritual Advisors, Business Attorney, CPA
Phase Two:
Growth Support
Now that all key stakeholders are at the table, we can vision plan for the future and help you build a scaffolding around your business and family. Addressing and reversing the patterns that can cause your family or business to end up in crisis in the first place will keep your ship pointed in the right direction.
Success at this stage looks like a profitable, process driven business with family harmony throughout the long-term strategic plan. The end of that plan will be the beginning of the transition phase.
Your Growth Team
Hilary is well-suited for the Lead Coach role at this stage, having grown her own service business to 8,000+ customers, with a relentless drive for systemization and integration. Her firsthand experience has taught her that while building a well-oiled machine, maintaining employee and family stability is non-negotiable. Doug's decades of business experience and a wellness-maintenance plan from Rebecca will be vital in ensuring balance and success.
Your Team:

Professional Resource Partners: Branding-Marketing Expert, CPA, Business Attorney, Insurance Broker, Financial Planner, Behavioral Specialty Coaches (e.g., stress, burnout, leadership)
Phase Three:
Transition Planning
The process to create the Growth Plan is similar when creating a Transition Plan, but the goals, objectives, and actions are typically quite different. A family council, along with a specialized professional partner network, are vital to a successful transition.
A successful transition should preserve the legacy the owners dedicated their lives to.
Your Transition Team
Doug, experienced and certified in coaching family business transitions, will act as Team Lead and assemble a skilled partner group for key roles. Hilary, having gone through her own family business transition, will act in the Business Advisor Coach role. Since family dynamics greatly affect transition outcomes, Rebecca’s expertise and network will help form and manage a family council if needed, offering guidance to all stakeholders throughout the process.

Investment in our Services
Coaching should be an investment, not an expense. Business results can reveal measurable ROI from coaching, but personal and family dynamics are less tangible. Our holistic approach balances these aspects. We offer monthly coaching retainers and short-term contracts as needed.
Included with all monthly coaching retainers:
Our entire coaching team
24/7 access to your Lead Coach
Email, text, phone, video correspondence as needed between sessions
Team preparation, consultation or work products between sessions, and an extensive recap after each session
Additional participants you wish to bring into session
Assessments, intellectual property and best practices
-
Most clients use our monthly coaching retainer, which is an all-inclusive agreement priced by session frequency. With our team coaching model, you'll regularly meet with your Lead Coach and Advisor Coach, and sometimes the Wellness Integration Coach.
Our goal is to over time reduce coaching frequency to 1/month, and eventually just quarterly check-ins as we empower you with the tools and knowledge for lasting success throughout the coaching relationship.
-
Often for larger businesses, a monthly coaching retainer sometimes does not fit the time required for the scope of work. So, we also offer short-term contracts, which consist of a time-limited, fixed-fee agreement tailored to your business needs and size.
-
Our monthly coaching retainer is an agreement and not a contract, and you can end your coaching at any time for any reason with no additional payments beyond your final session. We also reserve the right on our end to end a coaching agreement if we see that coaching is not helping you. Bottom line, it must work for both you and us.
How We Work Together
Our unique team model is specifically designed to handle the most complex family business crises. Even though we are a firm of professional coaches, our personal experience and expertise in both business and wellness allow us to provide empathetic coaching, specialized knowledge, and bodies of work from a holistic perspective. You may well receive all these benefits during a single session. And when our team needs specialized support, we bring in our strictly vetted and trusted professional partner network. Our goal is to help you achieve results quickly, efficiently, and profitably, while reducing stress. Ultimately, we empower you with tools and knowledge for lasting success.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Monthly retainer sessions typically last about 90 minutes, combining coaching, advising, and hands-on work. We can usually extend sessions if needed.
-
We structure our coaching philosophy around the worst-case scenario – a family business in crisis. We know of no single practice coach, of any professional discipline, who has the bandwidth to deal with business and family dysfunction simultaneously or bring relief to a crisis situation the way a holistic team can.
-
It is likely to cost more than most single practice coaches. We also firmly believe that because of the family businesses we are meant to serve, this team is their solution to deliver results far quicker and longer lasting than any other option on the market. Bottom line, you invest more up front for faster and longer lasting results.
-
That can, and most certainly will happen, especially when an individual needs personal advice or consultation in business and personal matters. This situation will be part of a 30- or 90-day contract. It may also be part of a monthly coaching retainer agreement.
-
Short answer, yes. They are not under contract with the AccuVision team, and their services will be negotiated directly with you. Often their initial consultations are free, and some may offer reduced rates for our clients. Many of these professionals you may be currently using, and may have no need to change.
-
Due to contract complexity, session lengths may range from 30 minutes to full-day workshops. Some require multiple or individual coaches for owners, employees, or groups. All details are agreed upon in advance.
Check the fit
Our team and unique approach must be a fit for you—your family business and our reputation depend on it. Steps one and two are complimentary. We will proceed only if all parties believe our assistance will be beneficial.
Step One: Discovery
A 30-minute video call with our owner and your team. We’ll uncover the issues causing crises, hindering growth, or disrupting your transition. If we see a path to help, we move into step two.
Step Two: Alignment
A deeper, 90-minute session to review issues uncovered in step one and recommend a coaching plan tailored to your business and family needs.
